Colin is a Hamilton-born physiotherapist who earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has been practicing since 2013. Education sits at the heart of his treatment philosophy — he works with clients of all ages and activity levels to help them better understand their bodies, their movement, and the rehabilitation process. That passion for teaching extends beyond the clinic, where he serves as an Assistant Professor in the Masters of Physiotherapy Program at McMaster University.
Drawing on a strong background in strength and conditioning, Colin focuses on finding the right entry point for exercise — meeting clients where they are and progressing them toward their biggest goals. His approach blends education, knowledge translation, individualized programming, and a clear emphasis on long-term empowerment.
Outside of work, Colin spends his time with family and friends and rarely misses a chance to fit in a daily run or workout.
